Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reviewed the existing condition of ghats keeping in view the upcoming Chhath festival in a high-level meeting with senior government officials in Patna on October 13, 2009.He asked the Urban Development Department to prepare a Chhath calendar for cleaning and maintenance of ghats from next year.
Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav, MLAs of Patna and other senior officials attended the meeting.
