Hunger Project launched Right to Information awareness programme by flagging off RTI Jan Jagrukta caravan from Kargil Chowk in Patna on October 13, 2009.The caravan will tour 200 pnachayats in Vaishali, Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, East and West Champaran, Supaul, Jehanabad, Nawada, Rohtas and Bhagalpur districts.
