Haj pilgrims started arriving at Haj Bhawan in Patna on October 19, 2009 on their way to Haj pilgrimage. On the first day 423 pilgrims will start their journey. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will flag off the first batch on Tuesday (October 20, 2009) after a mass prayer at Haj Bhawan premises. Different counters including foreign currency exchange and medical counters have been opend at Haj Bhawan to cater the needs of pilgrims.
