




Addressing a function, organised on the International Natural Disaster Mitigation Day at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on October 29, 2009, he said there should be special schools where disaster management training programme was undertaken for every citizen, especially youths. “It is necessary so that they are able to effectively guard on their own instead of becoming sudden victims of a natural calamity," Kumar said.
