The 113 birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was celebrated in Patna with great zeal and enthusiasm. Bihar observed the day as “Desh Prem Diwas”. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and other leaders offered floral tributes to Netaji’s statue at Subhash Park near Gandhi Maidan.
