Bihar Public Health Engineering Department Minister Ashwini Kumar Chaubey inaugurated the Oil and Gas Conservation Fortnight (OGCF) in Patna on January 15, 2010. The fortnight-long function is jointly organized by India Oil, Hindustan Petroleum and Bharat Petroleum in association with Petroleum Conservation Research Association.AN Jha, State Coordinator-cum-General Manager, IOC, Bihar was present in the function.
Bihar PHED Minister Ashwini Chaubey also flagged off a conservation walk to mark the occasion. Students of Patna Women’s College, Magadh Mahila College and JD Women’s College participated in the walk.
