Bihar Chamber of Commerce felicitated Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for the “Business Performer Award” he received in Mumbai this year in Patna on January 25, 2010.Speaking on the occasion Nitish Kumar said the state would have achieved a growth rate of over 20 per cent had the Centre co-operated by giving “required and expected support”.
”The image of the Bihar is changing gradually. We have made it possible in a small span of time," he said.
