JD Women's College students celebrated Saraswati Puja (the prayer of Goddess of Learning) at their college with traditional gaiety and fervour in Patna on January 20, 2010. As the Saraswati Puja marked the beginning of Holi (the festival of colours), girls applied "abir and gulal" (dry colours) on the faces of fellow students to celebrate the occasion.
