Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Sushil K Modi paid floral tributes to former Bihar Chief Minister Bindeshwari Dubey on his birth anniversary at a state function in Patna on January 14, 2010. Bihar Pradesh Congress Commmittee also organised birth anniversary function of Bindeshwari Dubey at Sadaquat Ashram. A large number of Congress workers inlcuding BPCC chief Anil Kumar Sharma paid glowing tributes to former Bihar Chief Minister.
