Makar Sankranti celebrated in Bihar

Thousands took holy dip in river Ganga on the occasion of Makar Sankranti in Patna on January 14, 2010. People in Bihar celebrated the day eating Bihari delicacies (Chura, Dahi, Tilkut). People thronged road-side shops to purchase tilkut and other Makar Sankranti sweet-dish items.
