Second Bihar State Major Ranking table tennis tournament got off to a colourful start at the Bihar Young Men's Institute in Patna on October 9, 2009.About 200 players from all over Bihar have been participating in the meet.
Rajendra Prasad Gupta, MLC, inauguated the tournament. Bihar Table Tennis Association secretary Mukesh Roy and other office-bearers were present at the function.
