Principal Secretary, Human Resource Department (Government of Bihar), Anjani Kumar Singh (third from left) inaugurated the 35th National Book Fair, organized by National Book Trust at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on November 7, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Anjani Kumar Singh said universities, colleges and schools under “Sarva Siksha Abhiyan” would get 20 to 30 per cent discount on the purchase of books. General customers would get 10 per cent discount flat, he added.
National Book Trust Director Nuzhat Hassan was present at the opening function.
