Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi addresses the “First Discussion Paper on Goods and Services Tax in India” in Patna on November 14, 2009.Speaking on the occasion, Modi said that Bihar government had accepted in principle the GST (Goods and Services Tax), a uniform tax system adopted by the Union government that is most likely come into force next financial year.
