Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad and Lok Janashakti Party (LJP) president Ram Vilas Paswan took part in Insaaf rally organised at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on November 11, 2009 to commemorate the birth anniversary of first Education Minister of India Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. Speaking on the occasion Lalu Prasad said RJD-LJP combine would step up pressure on the UPA government at the Centre for early implementation of the reports of the Sachar committee, Justice Ranganath Mishra Commission and Fatmi committee for the uplift of minorities.
