Organised by Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Department the threeday festival will show about one dozen of films based on the life, ideology and thoughts.
On the first day, documentary film Kshama and feature film Making of Mahatma were exhibited. Art, Culture and Youth Affairs Minister Shivchandra Ram and other senior state government officials were present on the occasion.
